Wildfire prevention and management
Wildfires are one of the greatest threats to biodiversity in Argentina, and our private nature reserve lies in a high-risk area. Preventing them and being prepared is essential to protect wildlife, ecosystems, and nearby communities.

Through this project, we are conducting a wildfire risk assessment across different parts of the protected area, which will allow us to identify the most vulnerable sectors and better understand fire dynamics in the landscape. Based on this knowledge, we will develop a comprehensive fire protection and management plan, focused on prevention, rapid response, and the restoration of affected habitats.
In this way, we not only safeguard the reserve’s biodiversity but also strengthen the resilience of the land and local communities in the face of one of the most urgent environmental challenges of our time.
